Our Story
Gail established her first restaurant in 1983, and as it grew in popularity it became known as Gail's Carriage House of Mount Prospect. As the restaurant grew, more space was required — and so it moved down the road to Des Plaines, where it was renamed Gail's Carriage Inn. Since then, it has become a breakfast institution in the greater Chicagoland area.
